The History of PETSUN Pet Products

Phase 1: Founding and Market Exploration

1999: JML Pet Supplies Store was established on Xilin Road, Jiamusi City, becoming a pioneer in the domestic pet supplies industry.

2000: JML expanded its operations by opening its first branch in Harbin City.

2001: JML Pet Supplies Factory was officially established and successfully developed and produced China's first generation of pet shoes, the X201 series. This marked JML as the first professional manufacturer of pet shoes in China.

2002: The factory underwent expansion, further increasing production capacity. It began developing and producing pet clothing. The new products were well received in the market and became best-sellers in the three northeastern provinces of China and Russia.

2003: During the SARS period, despite market downturns, JML remained resilient. Through collective efforts, the company successfully launched the globally popular X702 and large dog shoes X601 series, establishing its leading position in the industry.

Phase 2: Expansion and Establishment

2006: JML established its first branch factory in Shiling Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, with continued performance growth. By the end of the same year, a second branch factory was established in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province.

2009: JML registered its brand trademark and established a company, officially renaming itself Guangzhou Petsun Pet Products Co., Ltd., marking a solid step towards becoming a world-class pet supplies provider.

Phase 3: International Expansion and Technological Advancement

2013: PETSUN began participating in the Interzoo exhibition in Germany, further expanding into the international market and moving towards full internationalization.

2014: With the continuous expansion of the PETSUN team, the company relocated to the scenic Jiahe Pengshang Park. It launched more high-quality new products, which received widespread acclaim from customers.

2017: PETSUN made significant advancements in technological processes and introduced the fully waterproof model XF1717.

2018: PETSUN established a new factory in Renhe, Guangzhou, primarily responsible for technical research and development and the production of high-quality products, further enhancing the company's technological strength and product quality levels.

Phase 4: Brand Upgrading and Modern Development  

2022: PETSUN successfully navigated the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, undergoing brand transformation and upgrading, and introduced new products with shock-absorbing insoles.

2023: The company relocated to a new building, achieving high-level coordination of production, warehousing, research and development, and sales.
